To whom it may concern, I apologize for violating any copyright laws by publishing this on my web site. But, I have yet to find out who did this design. It may have come from Mother Earth News in the early 70s. Who knows. The idea of the internet back then was a Xerox Copy Machine. That's how a lot of this stuff was disseminated. I think this is a neat idea and I want to share it with everyone. Instructions on the photocopy: JIM'S WORKBENCH & DESK IS MADE OF ONE SHEET OF STANDARD 3/4" PLYWOOD. YOU MAY SUBSTITUTE CHIP-BOARD FOR THIS. Note: All slots are slightly wider than 3/4". Allow 1/16", wider still if you plan to paint the surfaces. You will need no glue, fasteners, nails, or screws. You might add furniture glides, nail 2 each into the bottom edges. Well, that's all I have. |
